With an absolute passion for our sport of swimming, Trident's mission is to play a meaningful role in developing amazing athletes and even more amazing people...embracing life's journey and the many tremendous life skills, character development and athletic achievement that our great sport can give us.

We aspire to prepare swimmers for great success in competition by utilizing a comprehensive and methodical training program, integrating individualized attention while embracing the empowering aspects of teamwork and sportsmanship. We believe that training methods, developmental tools and technique perpetually evolve and improve. As a result, we continuously, proactively seek out new ways of thinking, training and competing.   And...always with a tidal wave of FUN!!

Training excellence involves thoughtful, research-based and carefully managed attention to technique, strength and power development, team building, mental training, nutrition, mobility and strategic recovery. We believe continuous education, when combined with great effort an inspired attitude for greatness, leads to amazing success!  At Trident, we endeavor to challenge ourselves with the ultimate question, "What is possible?"  For more on our philosophy at Trident, Click Here.

Since its establishment in 2014, Trident's swimmers have achieved State Records, National Ranking, World Rankings, Olympic Trials, and the Olympics. Trident is the only club in Oklahoma to have placed a swimmer in the Olympic Trials in each of the last 3 quads (2016-2024). In 2021, Patrick Callan became Trident's 1st Olympian, competing in the Tokyo Olympics. Patrick is the only swimmer in history, representing an Oklahoma swim club, to make an Olympic Team. 88% of our graduating athletes have earned scholarships to swim at the collegiate level (nationally, only 7% of high school swimmers earn the chance to swim at the college level). But our primary mission and greatest reward is helping to develop outstanding young people. Trident's swimmers are dedicated athletes who train up to 6 days per week, and range in age from 7 to 24. Success in our sport, without question, correlates to confidence, skills and overall success in the classroom, at home and in life!

Trident is a private, coach-owned club, sanctioned by USA Swimming.
